Teenager slips into coma after anti-rabies overdose in Goa

Stray dogs menace in Goa Wayne Noronha aspired to be a medic and served society but fate has played a cruel twist on this 17-year-old from Cuncolim village in Goa, India. He aspired to heal the wounded and alleviate the sufferings of others but instead he is dependent on others and is force fed. Wayne has been fighting for his life unaware of the happenings around him. From April, the youngster has been in a coma, apparently from an anti-rabies dose gone wrong. No one is for sure at the moment the factors which forced Wayne into a coma. For the moment, the parents and his dear and near ones are not concerned to go deeper to unravel the mystery behind his sickness, all of them want is that their beloved Wayne comes back into consciousness.
